Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, if you’re uninsured or you pay for health care yourself (meaning you do not submit claims to your health insurance carrier), you have the right to receive an estimate of expected charges before you receive services. This is called a “Good Faith Estimate.”
Renew Relational Therapy is a private-pay, out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate when services are scheduled, or at any time you request one. It will include expected charges for the primary service you’re receiving and any other items or services provided as part of the same scheduled care.
Please see the fees for each service in the chart below. The following services are not included in the session rates and may carry separate charges:
- Late Cancellation / No Show
- Medical Record Request / Treatment Summary
- Court-Related Services / Subpoenas
- School-Related Services / Consultations
Payment is accepted by credit card, cash, or check. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
