My Focus Areas
Not sure which service fits?
Knowing what you're dealing with doesn't always tell you who should be in the room.
It's between the two of us
Couples therapy. Conflict, distance, betrayal, intimacy, the same fight on repeat. If the problem shows up in how you and your partner relate, this is the room for it.
It's the whole household
Family therapy. Parenting disagreements, sibling conflict, a teenager who's pulled away, a divorce or remarriage that changed everything. When more than two people are affected, more than two people usually need to be in the room.
It's mostly mine to carry
Individual therapy. Anxiety, grief, old wounds, anger, a transition you didn't choose. You can do meaningful work on your own, even when the thing you're working on is a relationship.
We're not married yet
Premarital counseling. Communication, conflict, finances, family-of-origin patterns, and the expectations you haven't said out loud yet. Best done before the wedding, not after.
